Ingredients
Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), calcium carbonate, L-ascorbic acid, bovine gelatin (capsule shell), magnesium oxide, beta-carotene, iron (II) sulphate, nicotinamide, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, calcium D-pantothenate, choline bitartrate, potassium iodide, zinc oxide, inositol, manganese(II) sulphate, cyanocobalamin, D-biotin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, colour (iron oxides and hydroxides), thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, copper(II) sulphate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).
May contain gluten, crustacean shellfish, egg, fish, milk (including lactose), soybean, nut particles, sulphur dioxide and sulphite residues.
Use
Recommended daily dose for adults: take 2 capsules daily with a meal and plenty of liquid.
Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult a physician for use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and before long-term use. Do not use as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet.
Storage: Store in a dry place out of the reach of young children, at a temperature of 6-26°C, in the tightly closed original container. Keep out of direct sunlight.
