1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made in the online store www.prosupply.eu.
The online store is intended exclusively for business customers (B2B). By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are acting as a business entity or professional operator.
Consumer protection laws (including the right of withdrawal) do not apply.
2. Prices and VAT
All prices displayed in the online store are in euros (€).
Prices are shown:
- excluding VAT for VAT-registered EU business customers (reverse charge applies where applicable)
- including VAT where legally required (e.g. local VAT rules)
The applicable VAT rate is determined based on:
- the customer’s country
- the validity of the VAT number
Delivery costs are added during checkout.
3. Placing an order
To place an order:
- Add products to the shopping cart
- Fill in required company and delivery details
- Select delivery and payment method
The order is confirmed once the total amount has been displayed and accepted.
The sales contract enters into force when:
- payment has been successfully received, or
- the order is confirmed for invoicing (if agreed)
4. Payment
Payments are processed through secure payment environments.
Available payment methods:
- PayPal
- Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard)
- Invoice / payment terms (only for approved B2B customers)
The online store transmits necessary data to authorized payment providers.
The seller reserves the right to:
- refuse payment methods
- require prepayment
- cancel orders in case of suspected fraud
5. Delivery
Goods are delivered to countries available in the online store.
Delivery time is typically 2–7 business days after order confirmation.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 30 calendar days.
Delivery costs depend on:
- destination
- shipping method
Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
6. Returns and claims
As this is a B2B store, products are not subject to a general right of return.
Returns are only accepted:
- in case of defective products
- in case of incorrect delivery
- upon prior written agreement
The buyer must notify the seller of any issue without delay after receiving the goods.
7. Product defects
If a product is defective:
The seller may:
- replace the product
- issue a credit note
- refund the purchase price
The seller is not responsible for:
- improper storage or handling
- normal product wear
- misuse of products
8. Limitation of liability
The seller’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods.
The seller is not liable for:
- indirect damages
- loss of profit
- business interruption
9. Processing of personal data
The online store processes customer data (name, company details, phone, email, address) for:
- order processing
- delivery
- invoicing
Data may be shared with:
- payment providers
- logistics partners

10. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland.
Any disputes shall be resolved primarily through negotiations.
If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in Finnish courts.
